These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Copyright & Trademarks Policy, govern your access to and use of The Curalist’s website, mobile applications, and other platforms we own or control.
The Terms also apply to any linked pages, blogs, features, content (such as text, images, graphics, item lists you create, comments, reviews, and links), and any applications we may offer from time to time.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you purchase products or services through The Curalist, you’ll also be subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of affiliated partners.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing The Curalist, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published by us. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
You are fully responsible for how you use The Curalist’s services, including any content you post (like product reviews or items you save). This content may be visible to other users and on third-party websites. If you want to hide your content, you can disable your account in the “Settings” section, which will log you out and make your content no longer visible. Only share content you’re comfortable with under these Terms.
You can use The Curalist if you’re at least 18 years old. We don’t market or sell products to children. To make purchases, you must be legally able to enter a contract. If you’re between 13 and 18, you’ll need a parent’s or guardian’s consent to enter and view our website. You must also follow all local, national, and international laws while using our services.

4. Affiliate Disclosure
The Curalist takes part in affiliate marketing programs, which means we may earn a commission when you make a purchase through certain links on our site. However, this does not affect our editorial content, our recommendations remain independent and based on our own research and expertise.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Curalist provides its content without any guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the Site.
We shall not be liable for any losses or damages related to:

If you purchase goods or services from a third-party site, your transaction is strictly between you and that site. The Curalist is not responsible for any issues, costs, or damages that may arise from these transactions. By using third-party links, you agree not to hold The Curalist liable for any problems related to those sites.
Third parties may occasionally send you promotional emails. The Curalist does not control or take responsibility for the content of these emails or any products and services offered through them.
7. Request of services
You may contact The Curalist to request services via email or through our official social media channels. Your request is accepted when we confirm it orally or in writing. Once the request is accepted, we will issue an invoice. The contract is officially valid once the invoice is sent. Our contract includes our official communication, any confirmations we send (including invoices), and these terms.
We will inform you of applicable fees when you request a service. If the service is ongoing, we will also specify how and when you can terminate it. Since we curate items upon request, cancellations may not be possible once work has begun, and you may be required to pay some or all fees. If work has not started, you have 5 days to cancel your request.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.
8. Fees and payment of services
We charge a flat fee for all our services and curated items.
Once items are curated and you confirm your want of purchase, we issue an invoice, payable immediately. Items will not be shipped until full payment is received.
Accepted payment method: Bank Transfer only.
We can ship products internationally. Shipping fees will be determined based on the destination country and will be communicated before finalizing the purchase.
Items are shipped via DHL Express within 15 business days after payment.
Failure to pay on time may result in contract termination.
9. Purchasing products through our services
The Curalist acts as an intermediary to source products from third-party retailers and suppliers based on your instructions. We do not sell products directly and are not responsible for the quality, condition, or authenticity of the items sourced. To process orders, we may share your personal and delivery details with retailers, in accordance with our privacy policy and theirs.
Each third party or retailers, has its own processing times, delivery policies, prices, and return/refund policies, which we will communicate to you. The Curalist is not responsible for any issues arising from a retailer’s process, including delays, defects, or incorrect items received.
If you purchase any items recommended or curated by The Curalist, we are not responsible for any faults, defects, or quality issues with the products. We are not liable for the processes, policies, or decisions of third-party retailers, including product availability, pricing changes, or delivery issues.
Import duties and taxes may not be included in the listed prices and are your responsibility.
Ownership of products transfers to you upon delivery or pickup by you or your designated carrier.
10. Return or refund
Product descriptions, images, and details are provided by retailers. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur, especially in handmade items and natural materials.
We do not provide any guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the products curated.
The Curalist cannot be held liable for a retailer’s refusal to accept a return or issue a refund.
If returning a product for non-defect reasons (e.g., change of mind), this depends on the retailer’s policy. You are responsible for any associated costs. Some retailers offer exchanges or store credit instead of refunds. Any fees paid to The Curalist for services or sourcing are non-refundable.
These terms protect The Curalist legally while ensuring transparency for our services.
11. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
